LIBI retains a professional executive, managerial and support staff. The Executive Vice President, an experienced building industry Association Executive, offers expert advice to the associations volunteer leaders, acts as registered lobbyist for the association, represents it in public, civic and media relations.

LIBI's day to day operations, office and personnel management is handled by an experienced Operations Director. A hardworking support staff includes financial, secretarial and clerical employees. All staff seek to maximize the real resource of the Institute, the wealth of talent and expertise of its volunteer members, for the good of the industry and the public.
