Chairman: Cliff Fetner

This Council meets to discuss the mutual concerns of custom builders: contracts, liability insurance, legal issues, sub-contractor relationships and technology. The Council seeks to improve ways custom builders do business through discussion and through special programs and speakers offering their expertise on insurance, engineering and legal issues. Past President and Chairman Clifford Fetner holds the meetings on the third Wednesday of the month at the Long Island Builders Institute office in Islandia.
